Loan Term and Conditions *

1. Loan Eligibility: • Applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria, including being at least 18 years old and a resident of Jamaica. • Proof of employment, income, and other required documents must be provided. • The maximum loan amount that can be requested is JMD 35,000. 2. Loan Repayment: • The loan repayment term will be based on the borrower's selected pay period frequency: weekly, biweekly, or monthly. • Repayments will be automatically deducted from the borrower's bank account on the scheduled due dates. • Late payments may result in additional fees and penalties. 3. Interest Rate and Fees: • The fixed interest rate for payday loans is 30% per annum. • A non-refundable application fee of $250 per $5,000 JMD requested will be charged upfront. • A processing fee of $250 per $5,000 JMD requested will be deducted from the loan amount before disbursal. 4. Loan Disbursement: • Once the loan is approved, the loan amount will be disbursed directly to the borrower's bank account. • The disbursement process may take up to [insert estimated time] from the approval date. 5. Early Repayment: • Borrowers have the option to repay the loan before the scheduled due dates without incurring any penalties. • Early repayment may result in a reduction of interest charges. 6.
